SHIPPING発送について

Each item is custom made to order. All orders will be completed and dispatched within 14 days from order date. You will receive notification that your order has been received and is being processed. You will receive a second notification once the order is ready to dispatch. 

We ship via EMS. Shipping costs are automatically calculated  based on package weight, and on your location. (Important : We restrict business in Indonesia) 

We offer special free shipping : 
From Japan : over 200 USD 
From Rest of the world : over 500 USD

On dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Shipping can take from 3 - 10 working days, depending on your location. 

1. ご注文から発送まで

当社の商品は、1点ずつハンドメイドによって仕上げている為、商品によっては受注後の生産となります。

その為、受注から発送までにお時間を頂く場合があります。

出荷予定日に関しては、ご注文受付後にご注文内容確認メールにてご連絡させて頂きます。

※受注から発送までの期間
在庫がある場合         1〜3日
受注後生産する場合  2〜4週間


ご注文商品の発送の際は、別途メールにてご連絡致します。

出荷からお手元に届くまでには、地域により数日かかる場合がございますことをご了承ください。

 2. 発送、及び送料について

　(1) 国内発送

　　- 当社指定の運送会社にて発送致します。

　　- 国内1配送先につき、全国一律800円にて発送致します。

　　- ただし、2万円(税込)以上お買い上げの場合は、送料無料となります。 

　(2) 海外発送

　　- EMS にて発送致します。

　　 DHLでの発送も可能ですので、DHLでの発送をご希望の場合はご連絡下さい。

       - 送料は、ご注文受付時に自動計算されますのでご確認をお願い致します。

       - 発送は、日本またはインドネシアからとなりますことを予めご了承下さい。

   　- 5万円(税込)以上お買い上げの場合は、送料無料となります。
